Initially this presentation was another agenda item; it was a chance to relax and listen in a day-long board meeting. Spring, formerly Spring Global, began as a sales force automation company with 20+ years in the CPG business. It evolved into something far more ambitious: an AI-native Field Intelligence Platform that’s redefining how CPG distribution companies empower their people.

What’s New
Welcoming new leadership to steward this transformation in the field.
We are pleased to announce Tommy Bittner as the new Chief Executive Officer of Spring, effective beginning May 1, 2026. Bittner provides a deep commitment and fresh perspective to the vision our team has been building for years.
This transition represents an exciting new chapter for Spring. Our current CEO, Conor Keane, will continue to serve on the board of the company as we have much opportunity ahead.
He brings extensive expertise from his career spanning software and CPG, most recently serving at Cargill. His strategic vision and deep industry knowledge position him perfectly to lead Spring through our industry’s rapid evolution. This is an acceleration of our trajectory, not a change in direction.

With our leadership announcement, we are excited to introduce the Field Intelligence Platform, a sophisticated and enhanced approach to analytics, agentic AI, orchestration, and image recognition services designed to power coaches and agents that elevate field team performance.

Our focus and energy culminated in our company kickoff in Sao Paolo, Brazil, in late January 2026. Our leadership team spoke about our four core principles we apply to every client touchpoint, every team process and every idea. We know where we’re headed, and we’re moving with purpose.
