President & CEO
Conor Keane has more than 20 years of strategic operational and process strategy experience in the technology industry. Prior to joining Spring, he served as Senior Vice President of Professional and Technical Services at Global 360, with leadership responsibility for Global 360’s Professional Services, Education and Systems Engineering operations worldwide. Previously, Conor was CEO of Slipstream-BPM, a consulting firm focused on the implementation of BPM projects with emphasis on process design and analysis. Conor also served as Senior Vice President of Global Services for webMethods where he led the global professional services, training and customer support groups, playing a key role in tightening operational controls and significantly increasing profitability. Earlier in his career, Conor was a partner at KPMG Consulting, focusing on telecommunications and utility companies.
Conor holds a Bachelor of Business Studies degree from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland, and is a Chartered Accountant in England and Wales.
Kevin G. Lee
CFO & COO
Prior to joining Spring, Kevin Lee held positions as CFO for a Brazil-based prepaid card issuer, COO/CFO of Ativi-Telecom Net (a provider of electronic prepaid payment processing services in Brazil that was later sold to Euronet), Director of Corporate Investment for Telecom Italia Latin America, CFO of TIM São Paulo and Director of Brazil Corporate Development for Telecom Italia. He previously was Director of Financial Planning & Investor Relations for Vesper São Paulo and worked in the corporate finance groups at Deloitte & Touche and KPMG.
Kevin has a B.A. degree from the Johns Hopkins University and an MSc. from the London School of Economics.
VP, Product Management and Innovation
Jobson Martins has been with Spring since 2002, and has been involved in R&D, Process and Methodology, Sales and Product Management. He was key in forming and leading the product team in several innovative projects that led to creation and evolution of Spring’s main products, as well as product architecture, methodologies, processes and tools. He also has worked extensively in supporting the sales team to win new deals and leading strategic initiatives with customers, leveraging his product knowledge and industry experience. He is responsible for Product Management and Innovation, managing product strategy and roadmap. Jobson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo.
VP, International Operations
Dan Sadler has 20 years of experience working in the software industry, primarily delivering enterprise-class field working solutions to customers. Prior to joining Spring, he was Technical Director for Technological Business Solutions Ltd where he was responsible for building and delivering SaaS-based solutions, which supported tens of thousands of mobile field workers across Europe and North America. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Software Engineering from Nottingham Trent University.
VP, Finance & Administration
Ricardo Maier has more than 15 years of financial experience with large multinational companies in Brazil and internationally. Prior to joining Spring, he held positions at Noble Group, Kimberly-Clark and Duke Energy International, as well as worked as a financial and audit consultant for Deloitte. Ricardo has a degree in Economics, a postgraduate degree in Finance and an MBA.
André Rocha has more than 15 years of experience managing software development efforts. As one of Spring’s longest serving employees, he has been involved with almost every aspect of the company, including significant roles in Research & Development, Sales and Operations. André has a Computer Engineering degree from UNICAMP and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Insper.
Director of Product Management
Nadia is a proven leader in the SaaS industry with over 10 years experience. As a product and marketing leader, she has lead the vision and roadmap for multiple data-driven solution platforms. Nadia brings innovative approaches to product management and marketing that hold the customer central to every project. She specializes in roadmap management and execution, product strategy, cross-functional team collaboration, project leadership, and go-to-market strategy.
Nadia holds a Bachelor Degree in Marketing from The University of New Mexico and is pursuing certifications in Lean Six Sigma.
