Brazil 2026: A Week of Alignment, Momentum, and Building What’s Next
In late January, Spring leadership and Spring teams from across the organization gathered in São Paulo for our 2026 company kickoff. The week marked an important and pivotal milestone: bringing together strategy, execution and culture as an AI-native organization.
From focused working sessions to our full All-Hands kickoff, the Brazil 2026 gathering was designed with one goal: showcase Spring’s vision and how we applied it to our company.
A Shared Vision for 2026
The week officially centered around Spring’s 2026 vision and macro principles: customer obsession, radical transparency, innovation through simplification and a growth mindset. Leadership reinforced Spring’s commitment to being an AI-native organization and a trusted leader in Field Intelligence across CPG and beyond.

A Grand Reveal: New Ways of Working
Throughout the week, teams met department-by-department to align on priorities and execution plans. Sessions spanned Finance, Product & Innovation, Platform, Data & Infrastructure, Professional Services, Dedicated Customer Teams, Sales and Marketing, ensuring clarity from strategy through delivery.
However, the big win–well, one of them–was demonstrating the power of AI development including: spec-driven development practices, Spring Innovation Team’s tools and processes and what this means for development moving forward.
It cultivated a sense of wonder and community as senior developers and junior mentees sat side-by-side learning what’s new.
Innovation Demonstrated
Initially what took a development team weeks and months was solved in an afternoon.
Spring leads with innovation, safety and stewardship. We are implementing with clear goals, building for security and redefining what it means to be a field technology company. These working sessions created space for honest conversation, cross-functional alignment, and practical next steps that teams are already putting into motion.
From Planning to Execution
Mid-week, leadership and teams came together for the Spring 2026 All-Hands. The kickoff connected high-level goals to real-world execution, reinforcing how each team contributes to customer outcomes.
“What stood out this week was the level of ownership across teams,” shared Neha Bhuradia, CFO of Spring. “There’s a shared understanding of where we’re going and how we’ll get there.”
The São Paulo schedule created the kind of trust and alignment that ultimately shows up in better products and stronger partnerships. We balance the remote and global nature of our business but foster a tight community through trust, education and effort.
These weren’t abstract strategy sessions. They were practical, cross-functional conversations that teams are already translating into action.
“2026 is about building for the future while being strong stewards of what we’ve built,” said Tommy Bittner, incoming CEO of Spring. “Our focus is on predictable growth, product excellence and delivering real outcomes for customers.”
Looking Ahead
Brazil 2026 was a signal. A signal that Spring is aligned, focused, and ready to deliver in 2026 and beyond. As teams return to execution mode, the outcomes of the week will continue to shape how we build, collaborate, and serve our customers.
For clients and partners, the message is simple: Spring is building for scale, speed, and long-term value. We’re just getting started.
