President & CEO
Mr. Keane has more than 20 years of strategic operational and process strategy experience in the technology industry. Prior to joining Spring, he served as Senior Vice President of Professional and Technical Services at Global 360, with leadership responsibility for Global 360’s Professional Services, Education and Systems Engineering operations worldwide. Previously, Mr. Keane was CEO of Slipstream-BPM, a consulting firm focused on the implementation of BPM projects with emphasis on process design and analysis. Mr. Keane also served as Senior Vice President of Global Services for webMethods where he led the global professional services, training and customer support groups, playing a key role in tightening operational controls and significantly increasing profitability. Earlier in his career, Mr. Keane was a partner at KPMG Consulting, focusing on telecommunications and utility companies.
Mr. Keane holds a Bachelor of Business Studies degree from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland, and is a Chartered Accountant in England and Wales.
Kevin G. Lee
CFO & COO
Prior to joining Spring, Mr. Lee held positions as CFO for a Brazil-based prepaid card issuer, COO/CFO of Ativi-Telecom Net (a provider of electronic prepaid payment processing services in Brazil that was later sold to Euronet), Director of Corporate Investment for Telecom Italia Latin America, CFO of TIM São Paulo and Director of Brazil Corporate Development for Telecom Italia. He previously was Director of Financial Planning & Investor Relations for Vesper São Paulo and worked in the corporate finance groups at Deloitte & Touche and KPMG.
Mr. Lee has a B.A. degree from the Johns Hopkins University and an MSc. from the London School of Economics.
Chief Revenue Officer
Mr. Jeacock has over 25 years of experience growing major software brands and expanding international sales and marketing operations. Prior to joining Spring, he held global sales and marketing positions with ForgeRock, Infor, SAP and i2 Technologies. His deep software background includes experience working with both early stage and public companies, with solutions covering identity management, talent analytics, ERP and supply chain management. In addition to his role at Spring, Mr Jeacock is an active advisor to several early stage companies. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering & Business Studies from Sheffield Hallam University.
VP, Customer & Partner Solutions
Ms. Tellam has over 25 years of experience in the software industry, with 20 years focused on product management and software user experience. Ms. Tellam came to Spring from Lodo Software where she served as Chief Product Officer. Previously, she served as the Director of User Experience for Global 360, webMethods and Software AG where she was responsible for transforming the user experience for business process management, SOA and enterprise software applications. She also served as Director of Product Management for several startup companies, including Requisite Technology, NetDelivery, Productbuzz and Web Families where she was responsible for designing products from initial conception and managing products through their development lifecycle.
Ms. Tellam holds a B.A. degree in Technical Journalism from Colorado State University.
VP, Finance & Administration
Mr. Maier has more than 15 years of financial experience with large multinational companies in Brazil and internationally. Prior to joining Spring, he held positions at Noble Group, Kimberly-Clark and Duke Energy International, as well as worked as a financial and audit consultant for Deloitte. Mr. Maier has a degree in Economics, a postgraduate degree in Finance and an MBA.
Fernando Maria Santos
VP, Research & Development
Mr. Santos has been with Spring since its beginning and has been involved in almost every aspect of the engineering organization, from implementing solutions for customers to planning and managing the product roadmap. He has been key in the development and evolution of Spring’s product portfolio and is responsible for leading and mentoring the engineering team. Mr. Santos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo.
Mr. Rocha has more than 15 years of experience managing software development efforts. As
one of Spring’s longest serving employees, he has been involved with almost every aspect of
the company, including significant roles in Research & Development, Sales and Operations. Mr.
Rocha has a Computer Engineering degree from UNICAMP and a postgraduate degree in
Business Administration from Insper.
